Try building a pool during the unpredicted record breaking rainiest spring of all time & having it finish in the same timeline originally presented at the very beginning on dig day! I truly am astonished! I guarantee you that would not be the case, had we not gone with Hobert Pools.
We are first time pool builders & we read countless reviews & met with 4 different companies. We chose Hobert with complete confidence in not only their quality but their openness, prompt communication & dependability. Chris Notley was the only person out of the 4 builders we met with, that actually listened to what we wanted & didn’t want. He helped us in creating the unique design to best fit our needs while maximizing the pool as big as we could, working around easements & being well educated of our city of Frisco’s countless rules & regulations we had to abide by, in order to be approved to build. Chris was very respectful of our budget & never pressured us to get more than we could afford. He helped us in lowering our dream plan’s estimate by being extremely open & honest, breaking down prices for individual items/upgrades, rather than others who presented one giant estimate where you don’t even know where to begin to lower it or what to take off etc. Our experience with Chris was the reason we went with Hobert.. but that’s just phase 1, we hadn’t met our project manager yet… We could only hope we would like him as much & feel the same confidence as we did with Chris.

Well let me tell you, hands down, We absolutely loved our project manager, Tony!!! Right from the start, Tony was dependable, open, honest & always checking with us of our visions comparing it to the plans, to be sure everything was very clear so that way there were never any surprises or miscommunications. Tony was always present, being a part of everything every step of the way, treating our construction as if it were his own backyard. Angela, our scheduler, continually kept us up to date on construction, who was coming & what day. Everything went so smoothly & I’m so relieved we found Hobert. The very few minor hiccups we did have, Tony addressed them immediately & they were adjusted in a timely manner.
We’ve heard horror stories from friends with other pool companies that lead us to be nervous..but Hobert Pools was nothing of that! We hands down have zero regrets of going with Hobert & I highly recommend them, I honestly just can’t say enough! Hobert did our pool, turf, patio & outdoor kitchen. Thank you to the whole Hobert Team for building our dream paradise for memories with our kids right in our backyard. We couldn’t be happier!

They implemented a group message with all key players so everyone was always up to speed on the process and next steps. We were never left wondering what was happening. Second, the team was excellent to work with. Terry is a GEM! He is so kind, friendly, and professional and put us as ease from start to finish. He understood our budget and did everything in his power to deliver our vision within our parameters. Tony, our Project Manager, was respectful and on top of it and we always felt like his only client. Last and certainly not least – the quality of work is second to none. This is the second pool we’ve put in, and while we loved our last one, the Hobert pool really is a step above. We’re very happy with all the details and how well it works with our historic home. The Hobert team gets it and we wouldn’t work with anyone else!

We just got a new pool! Super exciting! We are stoked!!! Our salesman Chris did a fabulous job helping us design our pool. His suggestions were so helpful. We had never designed our own pool, we did know we were in it for longevity. We chose pebble tech and we love it. Our process was quick. We broke ground in May, our pool was done and we were swimming in it in August. Hobert certainly made the entire process easy, they communicated every step along the way. I highly recommend them. We love Chris. He’s sweet knowledgeable and just chill. It was our pool he was just helping us through the process. Picking tiles, coping, plaster can all be overwhelming. He made it easy.
