“We have had our pool almost 3 years, to this point we are very happy not only with the pool but the quality of aftercare and service from the Hobert Team, we have had a couple of minor issues with pressure valve, cleaner pump and one of our lights. Sherri in the service dept has been wonderful, always responds in a timely manner and schedules a technician normally within 72hrs.
The Technicians have also been fantastic, Tim and Byron have been very helpful in making sure everything we needed was evaluated / repaired in an expeditious manner.
Not that we’re moving anytime soon but if we did we would definitely have another pool built by Hobert knowing they take good care of their customers.”
